We offer reliable shipping across the Arab Republic of Egypt. Our estimated delivery windows are as follows:

• Cairo & Giza: Your order will be delivered within 5 business days.

• Rest of Egypt (All Governorates): For destinations outside of Cairo and Giza, please allow up to 14 business days for delivery.

Please note: Business days exclude Fridays, Saturdays, and official public holidays.

5. Inspection upon Receipt

We take pride in our quality control. Upon delivery, please inspect your items thoroughly. In the rare event of transit damage, please note it on the delivery receipt and contact our customer service team immediately so we can resolve the issue.
